You may qualify for up to $50,000 in free training!

Under the newly announced Achieving Innovation & Manufacturing (AIME) Global and AIME Northern initiatives you may qualify for up to $50,000 in free CAD training funded by the Government of Canada.

Administered by the Yves Landry Foundation the objectives of the AIME program are:

  • to fund training that will support the adaptation of new technology, new processes or procedures or any change within a company to support innovation.
  • to fund training that will support and develop highly skilled personnel in any area that leads to innovation.

Expert utilization of CAD skills allows your team to focus on design and innovation and creates efficiency in the design process ultimately reducing your time to market and keeping you ahead of your competition.  SolidCAD offers a full suite of training programs hosted by our team of applications specialists at one of our 4 training centres across Ontario or onsite at your facility.

If you qualify for this program, a preliminary application and financial spreadsheet are required to:

  • provide a brief outline of the proposed training program and the innovation it will support.
  • briefly describe the potential advance in innovation to be implemented and the expected benefit to your company.
  • discuss the team capacity and nature of the collaboration.
  • provide a brief overview of the project's finances. Any in-kind contribution as defined in the Financial Guidelines must be explained.
